Burn permits were first required in 1965 according to Public Resource Code 4423. In 1980 EPFD partnered with the California Department of Forestry to offer another resource for residents to obtain burn permits.
Ebbetts Pass Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
