ISO Insurance Classification
Effective May 1, 1996, Ebbetts Pass Fire District has been rated as an ISO Class 4 for those properties within 1000 feet of a hydrant.
The areas of Ebbetts Pass Fire District that have no hydrants, or those properties greater then 1000 feet distant from a hydrant, an ISO Class 8 has been given.
